  • 蕃茄4個
    馬鈴薯3個
    排骨1斤(約600克)
    3½公升
    1茶匙
菜式: 需時: 份量: 8 人
蕃茄薯仔湯是四季家常湯水,用排骨或魚煲都十分可口。材料簡單、營養豐富又方便快捷。分兩次落薯仔的原因是令湯有湯渣,另一半薯仔溶在湯裡,食落更有層次。

  1. 所有材料洗淨;
    馬鈴薯去皮切件,蕃茄去蒂切件備用。
    (排骨不需要醃、汆水。)
  2. 燒熱油鑊,下兩片薑爆香蕃茄;


  3. 準備湯煲,加入水、排骨、半份馬鈴薯下煲,大火煲 30 分鐘,
    轉小火加入蕃茄及餘下的馬鈴薯再煲 45-60 分鐘,下鹽調味即成。
    (如果喜歡有咬口的馬鈴薯,可在最後 30分鐘才下馬鈴薯。)

    thank you a lot for the detailed recipe~ this is my first time to cook this soup. and i am very satisfied with my soup~ i like that some of the potato were meshed and some were not. just that i like the non-meshed potato to be cooked longer. it is a bit too hard to eat
